The partial package is designed for L'elite couples who have a full vision and plan, but still need help tying everything together perfectly! Your event designer will guide you through the difficult parts like solidifying a unique design, securing vendors and coordinating all day-of activities. This gives you the ability to help with the design and planning while we continue assisting you in finalizing details and enjoying your day worry-free!

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

• Provide calls, emails, advice upon hire based on planner's availability
• Provide ideas for wedding design and color scheme
• Provide list of major vendors for client research, review, and decision
• Review vendor contracts and negotiate as appropriate
• Attend major vendor meetings
• Track budget and vendor payments
• Assist client in creating a custom design and layout
• Assist couple in deciding on major wedding rentals per request
• Provide couple with entertainment ideas
• Provide timeline and list of client responsibilities
• Coordinate the rehearsal and ensure important members know their roles/responsibilities
• Organize day-of agenda and reception events such as cake cutting, dances, toasts, etc.
• Provide emergency kit
• Set up event space with all vendors beginning day-of wedding
• Welcome guests as they arrive and reserve special guest seating
• Main event designer present throughout the event
• Ensure all vendors have been paid/including gratuities
• Coordinate exit
• Complete break-down and clean-up post event
