This full service, all inclusive, premium package is tailored for our couples who trust L’elite to completely design, style and coordinate their wedding and bring their vision to life. The Full Élite Package couples trust their designer fully while she walks with them every step of the way to style and produce a wedding event that neither they nor their guests will forget!

We want you to be confident that your wedding will be cohesive, unique, and unforgettable as L’élite takes on every aspect of the décor and activities from major aspects down to minor details. And always know that you will be involved in every part of the process!

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS:

• Provide unlimited calls, emails, advice upon hire
• Plan monthly face-to-face/virtual client meetings to review to-do list and budget as needed
• Develop and track budget and vendor payments
• Review and negotiate vendor contracts
• Assist in venue selection
• Conduct venue walk-through(s)
• Finalize color scheme and floral selection
• Develop a unique and customized design and plan logistics
• Provide a custom playbook
• Schedule and attend all vendor meetings
• Select all food items with caterer
• Design custom table-scape with all necessary tableware
• Design custom cake and desserts for vendor
• Design custom centerpieces and floral décor with florist
• Assist in invitation design, wording, font and colors
• Assist in styling of couple/family attire
• Create event space design/layout and implement with all vendors involved
• Select and purchase all major décor and minor accents
• Reserve all event rental supplies
• Assist with event entertainment (i.e., band, DJ, creative playlist etc)
• Coordinate the rehearsal and ensure important members know their roles/responsibilities
• Organize day-of agenda and reception events such as cake cutting, dances, toasts, etc.
• Complete full lighting and special effects run-through with vendors
• Provide emergency kit
• Set up event space with all vendors beginning night prior to wedding
• Welcome guests as they arrive and reserve special guest seating
• Main event designer present throughout the event
• Ensure all vendors have been paid/including gratuities
• Coordinate exit
• Complete break-down and clean-up post event
