I’m Marina Mina, founder of L’elite Events Design and Planning. Here in my hometown of Orlando, Florida, I am known to many as a wife, mother, youth group servant and Speech Pathologist. Yes, I have my Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology!! I have been planning and designing events for family and friends close to 10 years and I’m now putting my talents to professional use.

I get asked all the time why I chose event styling. Well, it’s simple. It’s for those early morning starts and late night finishes. It's for the eating, sleeping, dreaming and daydreaming of the design. It's meeting amazing people. It’s making it work in the extreme heat or in the pouring rain and everything in between. It’s lifting, moving, organizing, arranging and rearranging 100 times ‘till perfection. It’s playing with flowers, fabrics, stationary and everything under the sun. It’s working with other creative geniuses. It’s putting my passion, vision, creativity, heart and soul into a design. It’s pushing the boundaries. It’s building connections. It’s the months of planning, days of setup, hours of enjoyment and memories enough for a lifetime. It's getting to know my clients, understanding them, turning them into my friends, and creating something truly amazing for them. It’s the look on their faces when they see the space. It’s the feeling when it's all over and I stand back proud of what I’ve created. It’s at that point I know it was all worth it. There is nothing else I’d rather do.
